Free customer feedback classifier

Paste any message a customer wrote. The classifier splits it into separate pieces of feedback and labels each one with the part of the product it’s about, the type, the sentiment and the urgency. No sign-up. Nothing you paste is stored.

What the labels mean

  • Module. The part of your product the feedback is about, like Invoicing or Invoicing / Export. The classifier names it from the message itself.
  • Type. Bug, question, complaint, feature request, compliment, cancellation or other.
  • Sentiment. Negative, neutral or positive.
  • Urgency. Low, medium, high or critical. It’s scored apart from sentiment, so a polite “none of our invoices went out” still counts as critical.

One message often holds several signals. A review that praises your templates, reports a bug and asks for a feature comes back as three. The guide on how to categorize customer feedback explains the taxonomy and how to adapt it.

For more than one message

The free tool takes one message at a time, up to 10 an hour. SignalScoop runs the same classifier on everything that reaches your helpdesk, chat, phone and review sites, learns your product’s modules, and shows which bugs and requests are growing. Start free while we’re in beta.

They already told you what to fix.

SignalScoop turns support mail, chats, calls and reviews into counted bugs, requests and trends. Free while we’re in beta.
